We’ve been vacationing at the Lanka Super Corals Hotel in Hikkaduva since 10 Marnpo on March 24, we’re a couple from Minsk. We had room 103 on the ground floor overlooking the pool. I liked it! Quiet, clean, no ants or other insects. Cleaned every day very well, clean towels, water, tea, coffee. Everything worked, the air conditioning was fine, the TV, the fan was quiet and worked well. Large bathroom, shower cabin. The area is very beautiful, though small, constantly cleaned. You can swim in the pool all day long. Very attentive and caring staff. Everybody does it fast, quiet and well. Breakfast is delicious, five kinds of fruit always, fresh waffles are delicious. We were happy with absolutely everything!

Relaxed in a hotel for 10 nights. All was well, good service , staff is smiley and kind , always help. The property is spacious, the pool is always clean, you can swim at any time, there is a turtle beach nearby and many cafes and shops on the road side. Rooms were clean, cleaning was done every day. From the staff I want to single out Shanti, every morning came up to us and talked to us, asked how we were doing , organized a birthday cake)
The downside is there’s no fridge in the rooms.

The hotel loved it. At first they didn’t move into the room very well, but the day after the departure other guests were moved into a better room. TV was, but it’s useless, since it catches 1.5 programs and then for the Chinese. The fridge is small. Furniture, as everyone said “tired” , but everything is very clean. The first room had a little water pressure, the second room a great one.

About the beach. It’s not across from the hotel, but I think it’s more of a plus, there’s no crowds. There’s a sense of privacy. Both the right and left are great places to swim. It’s a five- to 20-minute walk on the ocean and you’re at turtles or surfers.

I only took breakfasts, they’re varied and sufficient. Lots of fruit, pastries, sausages. Chicken, fish, beef in turn.
Very friendly and responsive staff. The manager of Shanti’s restaurant arranged a very delicious cake from the hotel for my birthday (free of charge). Shanti – thank you very much for arranging the meeting, you are a wonderful woman and a wonderful administrator. Hotel staff allowed guests to come from other hotels (although the rules do not provide this). My guests were delighted with the hotel, room, pool and location.

We spent ten days in the hotel and we were very comfortable, but we knew that the hotel would be a bit old and would lack maintenance (even the blankets had gigantic holes). Check the previous reviews and you’ll see that. However, it was a good stay. We were out all the days, so we only needed the room to sleep. If you want something with more attention to details, you might want to check other hotels.

Rooms Plenty of space, comfortable bed, nice balcony, AC, but old furniture, blankets in poor condition, water was leaking from the ceiling on rainy days (although it was fixed).

Walkability Perfect location, in front of the beach.

Food and drinks We ordered lunch once, we didn’t order again. It’s cheaper than eating out, but the food wasn’t that good. One of the dishes was crab, and basically only got the shell.

The hotel was really nice, with a nice atmosphere and classic looks. The beach is nice, and I had a great stay with my family. The manager, Mr. Ajith, and especially the chef, Nilmini, were very nice and welcoming, and the outstanding and delicious Sri Lankan and Western cuisine was served by the chef. The pool is large and plenty deep. The rooms are more into a classic vibe; I feel they could use a modern touch. We had a great experience.

It’s adjacent to Citrus Hikkaduwa. Old building. But inside is super clean. Friendly staff. Food is good. Not crowded. Need a renovation to bathrooms.

This hotel is exclusively for foreigners only and is right along the Galle road. You’ll get a warm Sri Lankan welcome when you check-in and that ocean view alone will hype you up. Ask for a ocean view room and your mornings will be serene! Friendly staff and overall good food. Recommend.

Cool beach and nice staff, I was worried of visiting by seen past reviews from 2019 but now the property is totally different and offers us a comfortable stay, right on the center and walking distance for many activities in the area. Clean rooms, nice pool and turtles are coming just in front of the hotels beach. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff. Coral reef with beautiful inhabitants. near the beach with waves, and with calm water. ten steps to the supermarket. it is very comfortable. many restaurants nearby.
